What an Essential Gadget
I personally use it nearly every day to speed up cooking preparation. I really like the two action (grind or chop) setting which most other mini food processors do not have. I found it on Ebay for $100, a good deal! This being my third, yes third kitchen device of its kind (the other two got donated to Good Will simply because they did not live up to the manufactures claims). I simply like it and keep it on my counter. Someone gave him a nice promotional gift to put it there. This is actually the first food processor that I have ever owned. These Cuisinart food processor parts really are simply the best size for most food processors. I love the size so that it can sit on my counter. Very easy to cleanup, just pop it in the dishwasher. I was thrilled to use this to make baby food. I was 21 years old, wandering the William Sonoma shop, holding my gift certificate from Dad.
