I Told You So Sewing Machine
I hate it when my husband gets to say “I told you so.” I recently bought a sewing machine from a local fabric store. It was a brand I was familiar with and thought I was getting a deal. Once I got it home and everything seemed okay. I then got out some scrap fabric to test. First off I notice it was harder to thread than my old machine. Then I stitched some pieces together and noticed that the seems were uneven and the stitches were not straight. I tried several pieces of fabric all with the same result. Then my husband said to check online, which he suggested I do before I bought the first machine. I got online and found sewing machine reviews and read that the model of sewing machine I had just purchased for a lot more money than other places I might add was prone to these problems as it as a base model and not built in the same factory and country as other models in the brand. Well I boxed it up and returned it the next day and ordered the machine I should have gotten in the first place.
